Premium Apartment in quiet & historical area

Very nice and clean apartment, with the number of small but nice "bonuses", coffe maker with a coffe, bottle water, liquid soap, no additional fee for a dogs, free Netflix etc. Looks to be much bigger than indicated. Very comfortable bad. Nice living room with an eating area. Well eguipped kitchen.

It is difficult to find any disadvantages however we need to remember that there is a 10-15 minutes walking distance to a Old Riga but...it is the reason why the price is 20-30 % less than in the centre. There is no parking space dedicated to the apartment however free prakng is allowed on the street behind the apartment and you can always find a space to park a car there.

Cleanliness, easy access at check-in, availability of all the most necessary things. Regulated heating, quality furniture and repairs. Excellent support from the administration! I can definitely recommend this apartment to spend a weekend here or for a business trip. Coffee and tea are plentiful and excellent, as a compliment surprisingly tasty PURE sweets - and of course, the care met side! Definitely one of the best apartments in Riga in its price category. And there is also free parking 🙂

The neighbourhood is not the best, but that's for the amateur. A lot of reconstruction, lack of maintenance of neighbouring streets. But this is rather a general problem for Riga now, and it has nothing to do with the apartments. I have not found the sorting of rubbish by fractions in the yard, I had to take the rubbish away.

The apartment was very stylish. Loved everything about it. The apartment block was very nice too. It felt very very safe and was very quiet.

The only issue I had was that I think the towels had not been dried properly and smelt a bit damp.

The best place to stay in Riga for a weekend. Self check in. fantastic noise isolation inside.

The place it self was super nice, and modern. Love them complementary candies on the table and fresh water bottle provided on the table. Bed was super comfy and big to sleep in. Location was just perfect. Easy to walk around old town and easy to leave by car. There was parks near by to go out with the dog travelling with me. Kitchen was nice and tidy. All necessary things were there. Microwave would have been nice, but not a must. One could cook what needed with the pots and pans, cutlery, plates, cups etc. provided. It was super nice, that there was some basic supplies in the kitchen, like sugar, salt and some coffee and tea too provided. The information and the communication with the owner was super good and friendly. All information needed was there, well organised experience in overall. Love the electric lock - system. There was a washing machine in the apartment, water kettle, stove and owen, all one could need. Clean towels, and supplies to keep the place tidy while staying and a hoover, I did use too before leaving the place. In the bathroom there was hairdryer, and some other things too provided by the house.

Wonderful wonderful flat right next to historical center of Riga with a bunch of places to visit. Very clean and comfortably equiped with everything desirable for living. My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay and we recommend this apartment to anyone who wishes plesant and comfortable stay.

Everything was great. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, very clean and not far from old town.

The apartment itself is perfect! The self-checkin worked very well. There is everyhing you need in the apartment. Especially, I liked the coffee machine :D

The location for me personally without a car was a little far from the old town, and there are a lot of construction works around. But this has nothing to do with the apartment itself, it was great!
