NZGreat location, clean, comfortable beds, furnished well, just corker.
The stairs to the bedroom and bathroom won't be suitable for everyone, but you book knowing this, so I only mention it as information - not a dislike as such. Two of our group have mobility issues, so we just took our time when using the stairs - there is a hand rail to assist.

The only moan I have, was the duvet on the Queen bed upstairs was heavy.
