Casa Dadà, romantic house in historic centre

The location has character and is slightly less touristic than some other areas.

We had to wait to be let into the main door (remotely) before we could collect keys from the lock box. We were then sent lots of instructions by text. As we had booked for six nights, I would have expected to be greeted by someone in person. There were only two usable clothes hangers in the wardrobe and about 15 inches of hanging space. This was put right the following day. Some drawers and cupboards in the bedroom were filled with the owners own things. There was no shower gel and only a little shampoo (despite toiletries being advertised). This was never rectified.

Our stay was wonderful. We have fallen in love with Palermo and our stay in casa Dada contributed greatly towards it. The flat was in the most perfect location, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could want. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was a perfect wake up in the morning.

The apartment is in a great location near many restaurants and bars, and a short walk from the Quattro Canti and other attractions in Palermo. Having a kitchen in the apartment means you can go to the nearby supermarket or Bollerò market and cook yourself some delicious Italian food. How better to live like a Palermtian? The bed was really comfortable and with two AC units for the apartment, having a comfortable temperature even in winter was really easy. Alessia gave great guidance on how to park nearby, and you can drive to the apartment to unload your bags from the car. it is just in the ZTL, but Alessia can help with that and actually suggested parking just outside, a delightful five minute walk across the Piazza Magione. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we come to this marvellous city.

Great location close to attractions and supermarket. Short walk to the train and bus station. The apartment has lots of Sicilian charm, including a balcony clothes line, coloured LED lights in the bathroom ceiling, and murals on living room and bedroom ceilings

Nothing - it was perfect

The apartment is located in a very nice district of la Kalsa. Very close to Via Vittorio Emanuele, the main touristic pedestrian Avenue. The apartment was very clean, very comfortable, Well equipped, contained even a Coffee machine. The bed was Big and comfy. The area is filled with classy restaurants (but not expensive) and as I observed, most of the guests were locals worth to try out. It's quiet over the night. Big thanks to our host for the brilliant restaurant recommendation (book the table in advance) - the best cuisine I tried in Sicilia!
