"Superb"

The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, thoughtful, giving a lot of useful advice (for example about restaurants or places to go), always available when we needed help or had questions. Very good location, in walking distance to all major places you want to see there. Also quite quiet as for Palermo (but we were in March), plus very good windows blocking the noise. The kitchen was fully equipped, also with products (coffee, tea, cake, cereal, milk, olive oil, etc.). A place worth returning to.

Not a big problem but for those who are sensitive about it: the plumbing system is old so quests are asked to put used toilet paper into the bin, not to the toilet.
