The Originals Access, Hôtel Arum, Remiremont

La réceptionniste est très agréable. La chambre est assez spacieuse, les lits confortables. Le quartier est calme. L'hôtel est bien situé. Le petit déjeuner est parfait.

Les oreillers sont épouvantables. La salle de bain est vétuste.

La simplicité des formalités d'arrivée et de départ.

Établissement vieillissant qui aurait besoin de travaux de rafraîchissement.

Les hôteliers se plaignent de RBNB mais c'était le même principe, aucun accueil, aucun personnel présent. Pour nous hôtel fantôme.

It was clean and had parking. The lady on reception was friendly.

From the outside it is unappealing looks run down and dirty. Inside it is old, extremely dated and in terrible need of a renovation. In my room one bedside table was falling off the wall with a sharp nail sticking out of it. My water bottle literally slid off the shelf. The other bed shelf had obviously already taken its leave! The painted wood panelling around and open wardrobe shelf look like they’ve not seen a lick of paint in decades. The bed is creaky and hard. The pillows are old and thin as toast.
