The Originals Access, Hôtel Arum, Remiremont

The hotel is what would be termed a "boutique" hotel. It is basic but it fulfils all a travellers needs and its location is great for exploring Remiremont. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. It was very quiet and I would visit again.

Not much. If you want fantastic views this hotel is not for you. But if you just want a clean basic hotel to use as a base its great value for money.

Location is good, walking distance to restaurants, private parking just outside the hotel(not covered)

- No heating with 4° outside (they said in the morning would have worked but it was not working) not mentioned at time of booking nor at cheeckin, only mentioned upon request in the evening; - No hot water in the morning; - Hairdryer broken.

Our reservation was only one night, but it was good.

Easy to find and only hotel around

Asked for 4-5 check in which was confirmed Arrived at 4 hotel closed rang number and due to language difficulties unable to gain access Staff member who did check me in was very helpful but the fact my original request was accepted then completely ignored was very disappointing Place was dated and bit grubby in areas could do with redecorating

Nothing, while travelling with three kids the door was closed when we arrived. We called more than 20 times the number provided on the door and no one came to open. We had to leave and find an alternative.

Everything. This is a joke of an hotel, avoid at all costs. Completly unreliable for a night stop on our way to our holiday destination.
