"Great hotel and facilities for the price."

Lovely hotel. Staff all really nice and helpful. Lovely evening meal and breakfast. Lots of choice. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym all fantastic! Room clean and spacious.

Just needs a little paint refresh in certain areas.

"Our 50th Wedding Anniversary was disappointing."

Staff and food mostly outstanding.

Wet room floor very slippery and did not dry almost all day. The sink was tiny. We didn't like having remains of our 50th anniversary cake thrown away after we forgot to take it away, even though they knew whose it was. After checking, the day before, that a light lunch would be available for two of our guests, the barman said there was no food at lunchtime as there was no chef available.

"The staff made up for it and were very helpful when needed assistance."

The room was dated and needed a good clean, cobwebs needed removing. Carpet was stained.

Golf course bar and lounge area was comfortable

Covered in bites got moved to another room still got bitten room was extremely warm even with a fan we asked for, dangerous getting in and out of the shower

"Old property, only small step up from motel but for expensive prices."

The driveway to the front looked decent.

Carpets stained, not vacuumed, hard to reach employees, facilities not 24hrs. No air con for the price per night.
