Room was clean and comfortable. Bedroom was nice and shower was great. WiFi was good.

When I went for breakfast no staff was there to greet me or take any orders for hot food. Room was a little dated.

"Avoid like the plague. Don’t let the bed bugs bite!!!"

I didn’t check in until 11.30pm as it was a late booking, I attended a wedding that day and decided to book a hotel, worst decision of my life

That I got bit by bedbugs (confirmed by the doctor) my fingers were that bad that I had to be prescribed antibiotics, antihistamines and steroid cream, I spoke to the manager and he put the phone down on me. I’ve informed environmental health, trade and standards and I’m also in contact with my solicitor. I’m a self employed care practitioner and I couldn’t go to work for a week as the bites where that bad!

"Cheap accommodation, wouldn't choose to stay again."

Easy check in, bar area was ok.

Reception area was a painted concrete floor, no air conditioning in the room, shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, hotel was full of workers in hi vis/workwear staying over, didn't appear to be anyone staying who were golfers/holidaymakers.
