All guests staying in one of our Colonial Club must be over the age of 18. Colonial Club offers an adults-only experience (18 years +) with private pool and beach areas, private VIP Lounges, and featuring the Majestic Supreme Service upgraded amenities such as Butler service, access to à-la-carte breakfast and lunch, free internet access, among others. If the guest is paying by credit card, the cardholder must be present during check-in time. Please be aware that third Party Payments are not allowed, this includes corporate cards. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the total amount for your stay. No refund will apply for hotel services used during the day or not used or not consumed. The staff are all incredibly nice and try their best to help at every occasion. Very impressive that they remember individual guests throughout the week.

Our room was on the fourth floor and our elevator did not work all week. The front lobby and associated restaurants smelled like a sewer all week long. The only food that was edible was in the Japanese steakhouse. All other food was over seasoned with sugar, there is no salt and pepper here, and all fish was severely overcooked.
