USUSYour staff was EXCELLENT! I believe it was Miguel at the front desk, he was amazing. We had trouble with our tv remote, we called down to the lobby and 2 gentlemen arrived within minutes to fix. This morning at breakfast, the attendant was friendly and making sure everything was stocked and clean. WONDERFUL - the whole experience. Thank you :)

Getting to the parking lot for the hotel was confusing. Not clear-cut directions.
USNewer property and close to a lot of shopping. Loved the kitchen.
The pool area was shaded by a large building . I’m sure that’s a plus in the summer but us Northerners want all the sun in January 😜
