I’ve actually been waiting for this part. I was totally disappointed that there was no designated parking for the handicapped being that our daughter is physically and mentally challenged. Your hotel is amazingly clean and beautiful. Please ask yourself what can we do to improve that situation. I and my family thank you in advance for anything you can do. Last note please ask your employees to please not occupy the closest parking spots to the front door with there being no handicap parking spaces. Thank you once again!

Bathroom was dirty. Wasn’t cleaned properly. Front desk “weekend guy” named Dale was very rude and inappropriate as a customer service associate. He cussed and gave attitude when there was a problem with the booking.
USThe breakfast was just fine. I have stayed here before the surroundings are amicable. The hotel is kept up well.
Whe I checked in I was given a door entry key card. I had to return to the desk three times before the person at the desk returned to my assigned room with a master key to finally open the room. That was the fourth time up the stairs, which eventually opened the room. She brought me another operable key.
