Smooth booking experience. It is near SM mall and other shops. The pool is quite big but with a fee of 200 per person. The unit itself is super cute. Very nice bed and interior. Has spare pillows and blankets. The view is also nice from the balcony.

If you have a car, you need to really book a parking space ahead of time, or else you will spend your time finding a parking spot. There is a yellow caution sign at the entrance of the building where the unit is located. Kinda scary and makes you wonder what it is about. The wifi is super slow and has no complimentary tissue.

We liked the complete kitchen amenities especially the microwave. We also liked the hot/cold shower. Though the room is small, we were able to get around and liked the beddings/comforter. We also liked the provision for drinking water. Thank you!

The confusion of finding the parking. Took a while to memorize. And it's quite expensive for Php 400. The lobby was also far from the unit so getting deliveries is quite difficult.
