They don’t have any parking for visitors. And the apartment staff charges a lot of money for the parking. Apart from that the property is really good

The unit was spotlessly clean. View from balcony was good.

The building is a construction site. The pool is not free. Parking is not free. Cash is not accepted for the pool. Only option is Gcash app which is unavailable to non Filipinos. The room was not ready when I checked in. Furniture is dated. Kitchen is well equipped but no basic cooking supplies like oil are provided. No toiletries are provided nor is toilet paper. No decent restaurants or bars are within walking distance and none are located in the property itself. My stay was a total bust.
