No communication. I made a booking for my sister and I select the option "I am making this reservation for somebody else". I am in U.S and I made for my sister in Philippines. I entered her name and information. We got a confirmation email back which, had her name on the email. When she tries to check in, they would not let her check in. They said, I have to check in, I'm in U.S. I cannot, that's why I made the reservation in her name as the guest. They made a very hard time, very hard. I sent an email, I sent messages on Facebook, WhatsApp, and Telegram, nobody ever responded to me. Too much stress for this place. Finally, they let her in the room. Then the next day when checking out, they did not want to give back the security deposit as cash, they want to send in G-cash. Eric was very rude and had a very loud voice and making rude comments. He is very unprofessional. Also, the booking confirmation does not list where the room is located, no tower location. When I called the reception during this check out, I did talk to a lady that was helpful and professional. I did not get her name but, she was helpful. I wish I knew her name so I can say thank you. Eric should not be talking to guests ever, not helpful at all. I Will never stay in this place and I recommend to stay away from this place

I specifically asked for a unit with a balcony but did not get one. I asked could we leave our luggage there in storage for just a few hours before our flight they said no there was no other place to leave it
