"Fantastic area and room!"

Locations was great - near MOA, very safe area with security on each corner of the street. Felt comfortable walking around at night, as a woman, on my own. Staff was friendly, room perfect for a (longer) stay. Swimming pool was great and would have loved to make use of the gym as well if there was more time.

it was not too easy communicating with the host - I do have to mention that I did book it last minute. im sure that if you book ahead of time it is much easier to make arrangements!

Location and restaurants and groceries around

Cockroaches all around, toilet bowl without seat, broken shower door, wash machine not working, air conditioning unit is noisy and many more

"Things were frustrating but I will give them the cleanliness of the place."

The view and the cleanliness of the place

The fact that they are asking for a 2000php deposit which is not good thing to do. They should’ve put it in the description so the customer will be aware of the fee. The microwave wasn’t working. The guards were inhospitable.
