By placing a booking with us (the property owner / his/her representative) you (the lead guest) and your booking party (guests) agree to the following terms and conditions as setout. During your stay you agree to abide by the subsequent conditions as setout. If you have any questions about booking with us, please contact us before making a booking. To place a booking with us the lead guest must be at least 18 years of age. The maximum number of staying guests per room is illustrated in the room occupancy details on the website. Where the person making the booking is different to the lead guest taking up the occupation, the person making the booking may be held responsible for cancelation, nonarrival and damages as setout within. Only the lead guest and the named booking party are allowed to use the property and its facilities, any third party visitors are only allowed access at our express permission. All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other staying guests, neighbors and the owners at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests are not honoring this agreement or causing a disturbance / nuisance to other guests, neighbors or the owners. All guests agree not to carry out any illegal activity at the property. In the rare event we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made. We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused through the course of a booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimize damage and associated costs. Lost keys / fobs / access cards will incur a replacement charge per key / fob / card lost. Where pets are permitted you will need to add these to your booking. Some sites do not allow this, in which case payment will need to be made after booking. Smoking of any tobacco products including, but not limited to cigarets, pipes, e-cigarets, e-liquids, cigars, snuff or chewing tobacco, is prohibited within the property. Where on-site parking is provided guests accept that they park their vehicles at their own risk. Where applicable, any use of pool, hot tub, beach, equipment, fireplaces, and/or any other features of the property are entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that children and all non-swimmers should be supervised at all times. We reserve the right to cancel any booking without compensation, refund or reimbursement if the terms of these conditions are breached.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Beautifully clean and modern house, brilliant location. Little things like a few dishwasher tablets makes a difference when you are travelling. Helpful host.

Struggled a bit with the TV, it kept freezing with an error message, there did not appear to be any terrestrial channels which was a shame as the Word Cup was on. Parking was a pain, but its always awful in Mumbles

The property was in a brilliant location and very clean. It had a nice bathroom and a nice outdoor courtyard.

Hard for the property owners to control, but the parking in the Mumbles was really quite restrictive. You could only leave your car for a couple of hours in permit bays, or you could pay £17 for 24 hours at the long-stay car park, which was sometimes full. If you went on to other attractions along the coastline, there was further parking to pay for. I'd say to anyone there, "Get ready to pay for lots of parking," because that's the reality of that location, which was perhaps glossed over a little bit in the advert.

"Great Place to stay in the Village of Mumbles."

Great Location. Walk to the town. Very comfortable with good furnishing. The village was an enjoyable place for a few days break on our UK drive.

The stairs were a bit of a challenge but that was advised in their booking app. Car park in the town was hard to find and park centre was expensive. However both these minor points were made up by the quality of the house.

"Idyllic Home in the Gower Peninsula"

Beautiful house in a perfect location, lovely and quiet despite being right near the main part of the town. Right in the middle of an M&S Foodhall and the Gower Brewery Taproom. What's not to love?

The only thing that caused stress was the parking - which is no fault of the host! We underestimated just how chaotic it is around Mumbles for parking a car. The hosts also went out of their way to arrange a parking permit for us which was greatly appreciated.

A very clean and beautifully decorated house, so close to the main street and beach in Mumbles. Such a quiet area too. Would highly recommend and would definitely choose if in the area again. Parking on long stay rates, including weekly, is about an 8 minute walk away. You can drop luggage off outside of the house without problems.

Very clean on arrival. Great shower. Good location, quiet but close to all local amenities. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were soft but comfy. Nice bedding.

The radiator in the bathroom was very noisy - not a major issue - it probably just needs bleeding. Parking was a bit of an issue - we hadn’t built in the additional cost of paying for all day parking. Lounge furniture wasn’t particularly comfortable - thus wasn’t a major issue for us as we were out and about all day and in the evenings.
