By placing a booking with us (the property owner / his/her representative) you (the lead guest) and your booking party (guests) agree to the following terms and conditions as setout. To place a booking with us the lead guest must be at least 18 years of age. The maximum number of staying guests per room is illustrated in the room occupancy details on the website. Where the person making the booking is different to the lead guest taking up the occupation, the person making the booking may be held responsible for cancelation, nonarrival and damages as setout within. Only the lead guest and the named booking party are allowed to use the property and its facilities, any third party visitors are only allowed access at our express permission. All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other staying guests, neighbors and the owners at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests are not honoring this agreement or causing a disturbance / nuisance to other guests, neighbors or the owners. All guests agree not to carry out any illegal activity at the property. In the rare event we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made. We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused through the course of a booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimize damage and associated costs. Lost keys / fobs / access cards will incur a replacement charge per key / fob / card lost. Where pets are permitted you will need to add these to your booking. Some sites do not allow this, in which case payment will need to be made after booking. Smoking of any tobacco products including, but not limited to cigarets, pipes, e-cigarets, e-liquids, cigars, snuff or chewing tobacco, is prohibited within the property. Where on-site parking is provided guests accept that they park their vehicles at their own risk. Where applicable, any use of pool, hot tub, beach, equipment, fireplaces, and/or any other features of the property are entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that children and all non-swimmers should be supervised at all times. We reserve the right to cancel any booking without compensation, refund or reimbursement if the terms of these conditions are breached.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

The location (Mumbles and the Gower is a must see.. Absolutely stunning), the house was clean and tidy, the host was very good, helpful and accommodating. Most importantly for me, my son loved it.

Parking but most of the Mumbles is like that if you're new to the place and there's 24 hours parking available nearby for £6

Absolutely spotlessly clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Very conveniently located for the sea front, shops and restaurants. Nice little patio in the sun. Nice view of the bay from the main bedroom. Very well equipped for a holiday stay. Very well presented. The owner provided some very welcome extras too.

Parking outside was limited to 30 mins but we could easily park just round the corner for as long as we wanted.

"Great stay in beautiful Mumbles"

Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean property with all the amenities you need. Location is amazing too, there’re lots of eateries and Tesco express just down the road makes it easy to cook as well. We stayed at lots of houses but this is one of the best and we’ll definitely go back!

The facilities were great, house was in a great location. The host was excellent and helpful. Logan was very helpful in everything. We love our stay in the house.

Internet is difficult if you want to work while on holidays. if you want to relax internet is good.
