By placing a booking with us (the property owner / his/her representative) you (the lead guest) and your booking party (guests) agree to the following terms and conditions as setout. Where the person making the booking is different to the lead guest taking up the occupation, the person making the booking may be held responsible for cancelation, nonarrival and damages as setout within. Only the lead guest and the named booking party are allowed to use the property and its facilities, any third party visitors are only allowed access at our express permission. All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other staying guests, neighbors and the owners at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests are not honoring this agreement or causing a disturbance / nuisance to other guests, neighbors or the owners. All guests agree not to carry out any illegal activity at the property. In the rare event we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made. We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused through the course of a booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimize damage and associated costs. Lost keys / fobs / access cards will incur a replacement charge per key / fob / card lost. Where pets are permitted you will need to add these to your booking. Some sites do not allow this, in which case payment will need to be made after booking. Smoking of any tobacco products including, but not limited to cigarets, pipes, e-cigarets, e-liquids, cigars, snuff or chewing tobacco, is prohibited within the property. Where on-site parking is provided guests accept that they park their vehicles at their own risk. Where applicable, any use of pool, hot tub, beach, equipment, fireplaces, and/or any other features of the property are entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that children and all non-swimmers should be supervised at all times. We reserve the right to cancel any booking without compensation, refund or reimbursement if the terms of these conditions are breached.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Superb"

The house was in an excellent location, only minutes walk to the sea front and shops. It was extremely clean and comfortable.

There was no parking at the property and it was very difficult to find a space as the town was very busy other than that we were more than happy with our stay.

Good location, clean, updated rooms. Beds could be arranged as double or twins making it easy to accomodate the whole family.

Not anything to dislike, perhaps they could provide some beach chairs or beach toys for the kids as loaners in a closet for those like ourselves that are not travelling with our own

Great location and very clean. Beds very comfy. Fabulous bathroom mirror! Good sized bedrooms and fab large beds. Lovely space out back with seating.

A little sparse on things like hand towel rail, grab rail in shower, no no slip surface in shower. Could do with more mugs and cutlery to utilise dishwasher better. Sofa very small could do with two larger comfy sofas and footstools. Parking not possible in road - had to pay in public car park a short distance away.

"Beautifully placed house"

Well located in the heart of the mumbles with a deli and an m&s food at the end of the road and countless restaurants to choose from. The house was super clean and perfect for our needs. The rooms are well finished and had averything we required. A bonus to have the outdoor space which had the daytime sun. We used it as a base for walking out along the beautiful coastline. The 9 mile walk to Three cliff bay was wonderful. We ate in the Dolce Vita and Mor. Both were excellent.

Finding parking was tricky on arrival but we were able to park in the bays at near the sea.

"Fabulous interior property, fab location, terrible garden"

Location fab, the property inside was great as well, recently refurbished to high standard very trendy and modern. Great sea view from one of the bedrooms

The garden is a big let down. Weeds everywhere. Cheap uncomfortable garden furniture, such a shame as garden is a sun trap. Improve the garden and the property would be perfect
