By placing a booking with us (the property owner / his/her representative) you (the lead guest) and your booking party (guests) agree to the following terms and conditions as setout. To place a booking with us the lead guest must be at least 18 years of age. The maximum number of staying guests per room is illustrated in the room occupancy details on the website. Where the person making the booking is different to the lead guest taking up the occupation, the person making the booking may be held responsible for cancelation, nonarrival and damages as setout within. Only the lead guest and the named booking party are allowed to use the property and its facilities, any third party visitors are only allowed access at our express permission. All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other staying guests, neighbors and the owners at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests are not honoring this agreement or causing a disturbance / nuisance to other guests, neighbors or the owners. All guests agree not to carry out any illegal activity at the property. In the rare event we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made. We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused through the course of a booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimize damage and associated costs. Lost keys / fobs / access cards will incur a replacement charge per key / fob / card lost. Where pets are permitted you will need to add these to your booking. Some sites do not allow this, in which case payment will need to be made after booking. Smoking of any tobacco products including, but not limited to cigarets, pipes, e-cigarets, e-liquids, cigars, snuff or chewing tobacco, is prohibited within the property. Where on-site parking is provided guests accept that they park their vehicles at their own risk. Where applicable, any use of pool, hot tub, beach, equipment, fireplaces, and/or any other features of the property are entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that children and all non-swimmers should be supervised at all times. We reserve the right to cancel any booking without compensation, refund or reimbursement if the terms of these conditions are breached.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Very comfortable, clean and newly renovated a hundred yards from the main street in Oystermouth, Mumbles. Logan was very helpful when we asked a question. Only issue is parking because off street parking is very limited. Download the MiPermit app.

The location was perfect,also everything we needed.comfortable beds ment good nights sleep

The sofas in the lounge very uncomfortable,also the lock on the bathroom door is a problem,my sister got locked in and couldn’t get out.that definitely needs addressing

"Great stay in the Gower"

Great location, clean, nicely decorated property with lots of facilities. Spacious bedrooms with a good bathroom. Nice courtyard garden. Fast internet, well stocked kitchen. We’d love to stay again.

The safety straps on the windows only allow the windows to open a small amount. This meant the rooms were very hot in the nighttime (it was 25 degrees outside during the day) . A good fan was provided for 1 room, but it would be great to get a second fan to help get better sleep.

Clean, good facilities, close to useful places.. very quiet side street Nb parking was a problem at first - but we expected that. However we discovered after talking to a local council employee that after booking a MIPERMIT ticket you could come and go from the car park AND move to other MIPERMIT car parks in the gower using the same ticket providing the ticket period remained valid. but NOTE only red board MIPERMIT parking sites

No teapot 😱
