Cozy Home in Downtown close to Forsythe park

Great location! Close to restaurants and Forsyth Park. Kitchen was fairly well stocked. We cooked one night and I had what I needed. Parking was easy, free and readily available.

The HVAC was difficult to deal with while there. The king bedroom didn’t seem to get any heat while the rest of the apartment got very hot. The queen bedroom was VERY warm and would wake me up every time it cycled on because it was so loud. I noticed window units in the windows so I’d worry about the summertime.

Todo! Creo que el highlight fue la cama, dormimos súper cómodos, como en una nube. La casa super amplia, bastante limpia, nos ayudaron con el early check in. Cocina con todo lo requerido y el aire acondicionado a tope, súper céntrico y cerca de downtown y lo mejor con puesto de estacionamiento gratis!

Todo me encantó! Solo mejoraría un poco la rapidez del internet para las personas que trabajan comen este tipo de estadías, de resto todo perfectooooo! Enamorados del lugar 💕

Very nostalgic!

The accommodation is well located and offers free parking, which was convenient. However, a car is necessary to reach the historic district.

Sadly, our experience didn’t live up to expectations. Check-in was only available after 4:00 PM, and even though we arrived around 5:00 PM due to delays, the house was still not ready. The cleaning team was present when we arrived and left hastily. We encountered several cleanliness and maintenance issues: * Dirty, dry towels were left in the washing machine. * The refrigerator contained visible mold. * Pots and pans were unclean and unusable. * Several light fixtures didn’t work. * Complimentary chips had already been opened. * The trash bin stayed wide open and couldn’t close. * Loose cables were hanging down, which felt unsafe. * The air conditioner was positioned directly above the bed at pillow height, blowing cold air on our heads and making loud noise through the night. * One pillow had a strong odor resembling mouse urine, which was extremely unpleasant. * The living room furniture was uncomfortable to sit in. We reported these issues to the host and shared photos during our stay. Nonetheless, at checkout we received a generic message encouraging us to post a positive public review and keep complaints private “to protect income.” While we understand the desire to preserve reputation, we believe transparency is crucial. Guests deserve a truthful account—not just filtered praise. Overall, the house felt shaby and neglected, and the price was far too high for the condition it was in. It was, unfortunately, the most overrated accommodation we've booked in the past 10 years. We do not recommend this property.
