Cozy Home in Downtown close to Forsythe park

Very close to all Savannah attractions, it was spacious, cozy and clean.

Location and space to accommodate our family.

Our visit to the historic district really came to life with the help of this beautiful home. Imagine coming back from a historic tour of downtown Savannah, then spending the night in one of those homes. That's what this place was for our family. I LOVED the decor that takes a que from abstract and cubism. The historic architecture; high ceilings, tall windows, a fireplace in each room, and refinished hardwood floors. OH! IN LOVE!! The porch is spacious with marble trim and comfortable view of the neighborhood. We sat and watched the rain while taking in the Victorian era homes, imagining the people that have come and gone. This offered a great teaching point for the children and they really soaked it in. If you're a history buff or have an appreciation for architecture, you will enjoy your stay. The location is perfect as we were able to leave the front door and walk to the squares. There is a Kroger's (grocery store) in walking distance as well as several great restaurants and lovely boutiques. SCAD performing arts is also in walking distance and they offer a show every 30 minutes. Unfortunately, we didn't get to check that out but there's always next time. I could go on for several paragraphs, but I'll end with this: we're over the moon about our stay here. It was absolutely lovely.

It gets hot. Blasting all air and fans and windows closed, still warm. We survived but maybe not great for everyone. Could have used a couple more towels.

I was visiting Savannah with three friends from Germany. It was wonderful to be able to show them some of what historic Savannah has to offer - this flat made the experience complete! The kitchen was perfectly equipped to allow for breakfast and cooking. The decor was fun and bright. Interior climate was very comfortable for all and gave a nice break from the Savannah heat. And you can't beat the location. It is just close enough but not too far making it easy to walk, drive or uber to most of what you will want to do and see. The front porch...ah, the front porch... is a wonderful place for coffee and to watch life slowly pass by.

I slept on the sofa bed. While comfortable, an extra pillow would have been heavenly. But, hey, that is all I can say. UPDATE!!!! My friends informed me that there were extra pillows - I just didn't see them. Oh well, my bad!

Well appropriated with all your needs for a comfortable stay. Loved the “art deco” motif and unique touches like a record player and vintage records. Very roomy clean apt. with large bedrooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Owners were very conscientious to making sure our needs were met and easy to communicate with. Location was great and a 10 minute ride to historic squares and great restaurants.

It is a historic building, so the stairs up to the apartment were a little challenging with luggage but, we managed fine. My knees are still good! 😂

The beds were extremely comfortable - most comfortable beds I've slept in while traveling! Although staff wasn't onsight, the management texted twice during our stay to check in to see if we needed anything.

We were in the upstairs apartment so there were a lot of steps that were hard for my dad to go up and down. During 1 evening, we needed to find alternate parking due to street sweeper schedule, We were able to park behind the unit, however due to being upstairs, we had to walk around the block to get back to our entrance.

The beds were so comfortable.

The living room furniture was uncomfortable to sit in. The stairs to get upstairs were very sketchy and steep.
