Great facilities - enjoyed the big pool and steam room

A little bit hard to get using public transport

The hotel staff are always welcoming. The hotel and restaurant is very clean and the chef was brilliant catering for my daughter's medical needs

Firstly, we were given a room where the windows wouldn’t open. They moved us but then we ended up in a room where the fan didn’t work. It was really warm during the night! We were awoken at 6:20am by a group of people outside our window in the courtyard praying/preaching. This continued for well over an hour. They were obviously a congregation of some sort but surely standing beneath bedroom windows and singing at that time in the morning is hugely inconsiderate, especially as there would have been conference rooms that could have been used instead!

The breakfast staff were really friendly. The breakfast itself was a good mix for whatever you fancied Location - couldn't have been better

The room was so unbearable with the heat ( even with a fan ) I left a night early because I didn't want another uncomfortable sleepless night. When leaving a day early I handed my key in and was in the process of explaining to óthe member of staff, when they just turned away saying thank you whilst I was trying to put my point across and she just looked down

Very clean, beautiful location, far from civilisation, very kind staff.

Dated pool facilities, food only available at certain times and no shops/cafes/restaurants for several miles. No usb-c charging sockets in rooms. Getting around on Sundays is problematic.

Comfy bed, great breakfast and selection of food, easy check in and out, friendly staff.

Car park a little bit of a walk.

We have stayed here quite a few times now and it's always pleasant, nice staff food and clean rooms

⭐ 1/5 – Very disappointing second stay I have stayed at Kent’s Hill Hotel before for work, and my first visit was absolutely fine, which is why I booked again. Unfortunately, my second stay was a complete disappointment. When making my booking, I selected that I was travelling for work, not leisure. Despite this, I was given a room surrounded by very noisy guests who were drinking, shouting, and making noise throughout the night. As a business guest with an important meeting the next morning, I expected a quieter room. The room itself was also in poor condition: * The window only had one handle and could only open slightly. * There was no air conditioning, making the room uncomfortable. * The blinds were broken and could not be adjusted. * The carpet was dirty and looked very worn. * The toilet seat was stained and in poor condition. * The shower was dripping continuously and made noise. * Door handles were loose, with screws coming out. Because of the noise and the condition of the room, I was unable to sleep all night. I had an important work meeting the following day and was so exhausted that people at the meeting thought I was unwell. It is disappointing because my first stay at this hotel was excellent, but this second experience was a nightmare. I hope the hotel addresses the maintenance issues and considers placing business travellers in quieter areas of the hotel. If you want to make the review stronger, you could end with:
