Good breakfast restaurant and pool

The bathroom was nice and the selection of teabags was very good. Soundproofing was very good. I liked being on the ground floor. It's helpful that we can open the windows.

The pillows wee two thin ones and one larger lumpy one. They weren't conducive to a good night's sleep. One of my travelling companions told me he brings his own pillows when staying at Kents Hill. It would be so great if you could put a small fridge in the rooms; then people could bring their own milk to have in their drinks and keep bottled water cool. Also, my room was only cleaned once during a three night stay; I had to request another towel.

Liked the location and comfort

Not many meal choices at night and was very loud music played til 4am from another guest

The breakfast was good and the staff were really nice and friendly

The room was small and although breakfast was good, lunch and dinner more like school dinners.

This hotel is great apart from the fact house keeping think its ok to come into your room whilst sleeping or they are banging on your door at 9.45 asking you to leave if you like a laying this is not the hotel for you I want a full refund

we did not stay after arriving anf seeing that my autistic son couldn’t use the pool, which was main reason for chosing this, also the room didn’t smell fresh a bad smell and wasn’t clean. we left and my son was very very upset, i had to find another hotel with booking.com.
