Nice apartment. Roomy. Comfortable bed.

Near a busy road, but I slept OK despite this.

Location fine as my work location was walkable from here and it's a short cab ride from New Street station. The spacious rooms are great, kitchen properly equipped with white goods and a modicum of tableware and pots and pans. Whole flat spotlessly clean.

Digital lock on front door unreliable and needs servicing or replacing. It took me between six and ten attempts to open the door each time as the keypad did not configure properly to allow inputting of digits. The two aspects of the flat face busy roads and you are aware of the traffic, but double-glazing means that this is generally white noise so if you're OK with that you'll be fine. Would have liked there to be a tea towel.

The apartment was very affordable and conveniently located near the city centre, making it easy to travel around. It was simple to find and access, with clear instructions for check-in and secure locking. The TV was great, and the rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained. The apartment had all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay.

When we arrived, we noticed that the blinds were damaged, so they couldn’t be closed properly. The bedroom window was also broken and wouldn’t close fully, which allowed warm air to escape. The living room blinds were slightly damaged as well, which made it easy to see both into and out of the apartment, reducing privacy. The bed was quite low, and the mattress wasn’t very comfortable. The pillows offered little to no cushioning, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the apartment could use some maintenance and upgrades to improve comfort and privacy.

The location, and the ease of the check in/out was fantastic.

The blinds don’t work so privacy from the busy road/path outside was poor. Also it meat the light into the property from the very busy road was relentless. The bed was comfy but the slats under the bed fell through 3 times during the night and I’m not that heavy! Haha so fixing a bed half asleep was a pain. The freezer was stuck open due to ice which then meant the kitchen/living room was chilly.

El apartamento tiene buen tamaño y está bien equipado. Había café y te de cortesía. Acceso cómodo con códigos, tanto en la entrada del edificio como en la puerta del propio apartamento. Está en una urbanización tranquila con buses cercanos, aunque está en la zona centro, por lo que andando se llega bien a cualquier sitio, con buen tiempo no se necesita transporte urbano para moverse por las zonas típicas de interés.

La habitación y el salón tenia moqueta, lo que es muy poco higiénico, de hecho tenían bastantes manchas. La ventana de la habitación no cerraba bien, el apartamento da a una carretera general, por lo que de noche se escuchaba el ruido de los coches pasando continuamente, era soportable pero algo molesto. Deberían repararla.
