Ein Juwel! So schön und stylish. Alles ganz neu. Sauber und absolut selten. Einen eigenen Garten in dieser Lage. Das ist mehr als selten. Alles zentral k s gut zu erreichen. Dabei total ruhig obwohl die Straße so belebt ist. Es ist wie auf den Champs-Élysées zu wohnen.

Wenn der Presslufthammer in der Garage am Werk war, war es etwas laut. Aber es hing nicht non stop. Nicht so tragisch

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage, mitten im Zentrum. Das Apartment ist super ausgestattet, und der Pool ist unglaublich 😍 wir hatten so einen Spaß und haben ihn täglich genutzt. Das einzige was fehlt ist eine Klimaanlage. Die Lüftung die betätigt werden kann ist sehr laut und daher unangenehm nachts. Wir haben die Türen der Terrasse offen gehabt, so kam dann genug Luft rein.

Es gab nichts

Appartement extrêmement bien placé en plein centre, mais donnant sur une petite rue donc calme. Il est parfaitement équipé, propre et bien décoré. La présence d'un magnifique jardin et d'une piscine intérieure sont un réel plus.

The property is so beautiful and such a great location, could not fault it.

There was building work going on from Mon to Thurs and it felt like they were in our apartment it was so loud. It’s less than ideal with a small baby who needs to nap. It became impossible on the Wednesday and we couldn’t wait to leave. I know the management can’t be held responsible for other people’s building work but I would advise anyone who is staying here to ask if the works are still ongoing because it really put a dampener on our trip. We were also told we would have full use of the spa but only the swimming pool was able to be used, however the company is going to give us a partial refund, this was dealt with quickly.

Location is great Appartment well furnished and may be very good till you don't have a problem as there is no supports

HVAC don't work, I am thinkingthat they don't have HVAC in fact. We called , they respond but nobody come. It was very very hot in the house. Except this, Appartment is good, good location, pool is good SPA is not working, Again, no support from the company taking care of the appartment.

Todo perfecto. Mejorable los sofás cama para adultos que en realidad eran camas supletorias pequeñas y el sistema de aire acondicionado, que aunque no hizo realmente falta y lo suplen dos ventiladores, no funcionaba

Literie d’appoint pour les enfants (matelas fins) Le bruit des travaux des 8h du matin avec la désagréable impression d’avoir les ouvriers dans l’appartement et impossible de discuter

Bel appartement, confortable, cuisine bien équipée. L’appartement est surtout bien situé dans le centre et bénéficie d’ une très belle terrasse.

La climatisation ne marchait pas ( pas d’instruction d’usage) et la piscine, qui est un plus à Lisbonne et pourrait être magnifique, mériterait d’être un peu mieux entretenue ou décorée.

Un grand jardin en plein centre de Lisbonne et une piscine, c'est magique. L'appartement est superbe et immense.
