Great apartment really close to everything!

Air-conditioning did not work!  Apartment was super hot after coming home after a day of being out! Messaged them on booking for them to say it should work but it wasn’t for us! After messaging them again to try sort it they told me to message them on what’s app for them not to write back! So had to sleep with little fans on at night to keep cold! My partner ended up sleeping on the couch the 3rd night because the bed was super uncomfortable pretty disappointing stay

To spend your holiday in a beautiful city in the summer but have it ruined with your accommodation not having airconditioning is a vacation wrecker. This accommodation clearly stated it had airconditioning of which it had a non working one. The owner refunded a measly 20% of the fee claiming it was policy in case of facility defects. If it was just the tv, the kitchen that had issues then it would have been fine. This is VENTILATION. Your entire comfort relies on it. We slept in the sweltering heat and humidity for 2 nights. I expected more from the property managers as well as booking.com EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING STAY.

Fantastic apartment with everything handy inside. The location was amazing, as central as you can be! The pool was great to go dip into and utilise the sauna as well.

Great location and well connected. Nice garden. Doormen of the building are very friendly and helpful. Well equipped but some elements need change or renovation. Chek-in without problems. Small swimming pool is good to relaxed in the evenings.

AC system isn’t working in heating mode (or it doesn’t have this option probably)so there were some small noisy electric heaters which couldn’t allow to regulate temperature in the evenings when it was colder. We spent 1 week and some days we were in the apartment during the day and there was a lot of noise due to the construction of the building next door. Before confirming the reservation we asked few times if there was noise and the customer service said they did not know anything… Some elements need renewal or change. We also asked to change some bulbs (2 and then another 2 stopped working) which were not working but there was no reault from the apartment administrator. Administrator of the apartment is not solving problems or requests. Probably that’s the weaker point.
