Domaćin Ante nas je dočekao i bio je dostupan tokom cijelog boravka. Stan je predivan, ima sve potrebno za boravak porodice sa djecom. Lokacija stana, obzirom da smo dolazili za zimske praznike odlična, bukvalno je sve bilo na 15 min od stana. Naše tople preporuke!

"Zentral aber nichts für Ruhe suchende..."

Sehr zentrale Lage. Konzum, Lidl, Plodine, alles mit Auto schnell erreichbar. City Center zu Fuß erreichbar. Einen schönen Strand findet man in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto.. Große Wohnung... Ausstattung ok. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat sich sehr kulant gezeigt, als wir ein paar Anmerkungen gemacht haben...

Es war uns bekannt, das die Autobahn vor der Tür ist, aber es ist wirklich sehr laut... Leider ist direkt vor der Terrasse eine Baustelle, wo ein weiteres Haus gebaut wird. Die Bauarbeiten finden gerade auf Höhe der Terrasse statt... Nimmt leider den eigentlich wunderbaren rundum Blick weg...

"Fantastic value for money, great base, wonderful friendly hosts."

Excellent location, friendly staff, spacious apartment. 80 minutes walk in to Split old town, 15 minutes by uber. Balcony excellent addition to the apartment, clean kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher were both great facilities to have. Free private parking, host met us and was easily accessible throughout the whole of the stay.

Sofa was a little uncomfortable.

Das Apartment war groß und geräumig. Alles nötige war vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren perfekt in der Nähe. Der Anbieter war super freundlich und bei Fragen immer hilfsbereit.*** Sehr positiv *** Es war ein gelungener positiver Urlaub, da man immer am Strand war.

Die Couch war komplett durch gesessen und kaputt. Die Sauberkeit, hätte noch etwas ordentlicher sein können. Terrasse hatte wenig Schatten Möglichkeiten.

"Lovey apartment for long or short stay with responsive host."

Ante, the host was very nice to deal with. Responsive and on time when we checked in. The apartment is accessible via a lift and is very spacious and private with a 180* outdoor patio on the 6 th floor. Beds were comfortable, and the unit had a lot of storage spaces. Showers were wonderful with ample hot water and great pressure. Wonderful secure indoor parking. Views of the sea from the deck. Grocery stores are a short drive away. Old town is an inexpensive Uber ride away.

Heating/cooling unit was temperamental and washing machine was not working correctly. Soap was provided which was great but machine did not drain, so clothes had to be wrung out by hand. A drying rack is provided.
