Everything was great. The property itself, the location, how quiet it was. Brilliant.
The only thing I can think of that was a bit annoying was the creaky floorboards, particularly in the main bedroom.

Our stay was short but if a longer period a washing machine would be helpful although you are close to town to find a laundry service.

Location to Kendal town centre was ideal as we were able to dine there two nights out of three. Location proximity to roads to visit the Lakes was excellent too. Property was cosy, well laid out especially in kitchen/diner /lounge area. Double-glazed windows were easy to open and shut. Covered parking was a boon!
Creaky floorboards on stairs and upper floor.

Amazing location for visiting the lakes. The property was clean and comfortable. Felt just like home. Great for the family. Loved the welcome pack. Lots of nice touches to make your stay. Will definitely be coming back.
