Very central, easy instructions and absolutely spotless. Excellent location, literally feet away from an M & S and the high st.
No outdoor space to sit out. Not a real problem because you're so close to everything, including lots of outdoor seats on the high st and a little park.

The house was fabulous, very modern and cosy, everything had been thought of to ensure we had a great stay. Beds very comfy, parking on site, right in centre of Kendal. Exceptional! Worth every penny.
There is nothing we didn't like.

Fantastic, convenient location and really great to have a parking space. Hosts made it all festive and thoughtful of all we may need and lovel welcome with mulled wine & mince pies ect. Little touches that meant a lot.
