The property is really fantastic, it is on three levels with a through lounge and kitchen on the ground floor, two bedrooms and bathroom on 1st floor, and master bedroom with ensuite on 2nd floor so ideal for us as we were parents in the main room and our 22 & 20 year old kids in the other bedrooms. The hosts were so generous, everything we could need from fluffy towels to cooking oil, condiments and dishwasher tablets were all here, it really was head and shoulders over some properties we have stayed in. Everything was really comfortable and cosy (once I realised I had to turn the heating on at the boiler 🙄), we all absolutely loved it! It was also incredibly convenient for the amenities in Kendal, right next to the M&S, and minutes away from all the shops, pubs and restaurants, it really is one of the best properties we have stayed in!
It was a little tricky getting the dining table out, but once we worked out to move the benches first, it was no longer a problem, so not really anything we didn't like!

Perfect location, very clean, good amenities and great for a group with the two bathrooms.
I love a big bath towel after my shower and the towels were on the small side for my preference.

Very cosy, clean and welcoming. There was a lovely package waiting for us when we got there. Nice quiet area so we slept very well!!

Really central. Really clean. Brand new with everything you need. Excellent for our girls weekend away.
We went in 2 cars so paid £19.80 for a 3 day pass for multiple car parks across the lakes including the one next to M&S. We would of loved to of fit both cars in as they were small cars but the space only allowed for one.
