"Madrid szívében, nagyon jó logisztikai helyen"

A lakás elhelyezkedése kiváló, 3 napra jöttünk, de nem kellett egyáltalán tömegközlekedni, minden közel, gyalogtávolságra volt. Nagyon kedves volt a tulajdonos, illetve a segítője.

Sajnos a lakás az 5. emeleten van, és nincs lift, ez 2-3 felszaladás után fárasztó volt. A kilátás sajnos nem annyira szép, nem látni az utcát. A kanapé kissé kényelmetlen alvásra. Az első napon volt egy kis gondunk a melegvízzel, de másnap a jelzésünkre azonnal megoldották a probémát.

El trato de la persona que dejó las llaves, pero fue horrible subir 103 escalones muy caro por tan poca comodidad se necesitaba más limpieza en los aires y paredes

Las escaleras 103 escalones no lo sabíamos sino no lo hubiese cogido muy caro para lo que era calidad y precio mal

La situación es perfecta, muy céntrico. Calefacción muy buena.

Importante saber que es un quinto sin ascensor, con escaleras altas de las antiguas! No todas las personas tienen fácil subir esas escaleras, deberían avisarlo porque no lo ponía en ningún sitio de la reserva (nosotras íbamos con una embarazada de 7meses, y era incómodo para ella).
