Se supone que el check in es de 15-00h y tuvimos que pagar 20€ adicionales por llegar después de las 21h cuando en NINGÚN lado pone que hay este gasto adicional. Le enseñamos que no estaba especificado en ningún lado e insistió…por no tener más problemas tuvimos que pagarle… El mobiliario necesita un cambio…sobre todo el sofá cama…. Las escaleras se hacen pesadas…realmente no son 5 plantas….algo más
