We absolutely loved our stay! The property was super clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The location was amazing and made it easy to visit many places around Washington, D.C. We also appreciated that it was pet friendly. The host was very kind and responsive during our stay. One of the best parts was meeting Luna she was adorable and made the experience even more special!

Honestly, we had a great experience overall and did not have any major issues during our stay.

I loved how clean and modern the space was. It felt renovated and comfortable.

I did not like how I had no control of the temperature in there. At night I had to open the windows. I mentioned this, and they turned down the heat, but then it was a bit too cold and I had to take out the space heater.

The owner finds solutions to what I don't like

The owner demanded that we sign an additional contract with extremely unfair conditions, including waiver of any guarantee and total exemption from any liability, even in case of equipment malfunction or theft of our luggage inside the apartment (for which the owner has keys and access codes). When we legitimately refused to accept such terms, the reservation was canceled at the last minute. This conduct caused us serious inconvenience, delays, and extra costs to find an alternative solution on extremely short notice. Fortunately, Booking.com promptly resolved the issue, once again proving itself to be reliable and efficient.
