The location was perfect for what we needed as I was travelling up for work. There is plenty nearby. The staff were lovely and friendly

The location and the building . Bed was comfortable

Tired looking hotel, inattentive staff , poor food at the pub. Breakfast not offered early enough slack housekeeping no room refresh in 3 days stay

"Good value off peak"

Really large room - warm, quiet and comfy bed. Nicely furnished.

Staff busy in pub so not very welcoming. Pub is really scruffy and run down. Breakfast area is not very nice. Waterworks in rooms are really noisy.

bed was comfortable as were the pillows - clean bedding Staff were great

bathroom - old plumbing but the noise from the toilet - might have been a macerator the taps in the sink virtually completely turned very jaded decor and carpet

Staff were nice and pleasant

Loud noise for 30minutes after people had used the toilet or taps, very poor nights sleep, hotel in need of upgrade and internal repaint.
