Lux Mid-Rise Walking Distance to NRG Stadium

Spacious apartment. Clean and tidy, within close distance to Medical centers, safe and secure (gated entrance), three large screen TVs (one in each bedroom and one in the living room, high speed Wifi, overall excellent AirBnB stay (October 20-26, 2024)

Silk sheets in the bed are not very comfy (we slept without them and it was fine). Parking is on level 6, whch is a bit inconvenient (but nothing worrisome), for some reason it took many attempts at the lockbox to return the keys (Uber was kept waiting > 10 min, and we would have to leave the keys on top of the dropbox if our final attempt had failed to open the key box)

I LOVED the apartment it is beautiful and very spacious! It’s also kinda giving a lil aesthetic. Cute chairs. The tv is smart which is a plus. Nice bathroom. & really cool rooms. And big tvs in the bedrooms too! Our host was great and i accidentally needed one more night to stay and the host was very nice and understanding and let us stay another night.

The only thing there were left and used food in the fridge/ pantry which i guess we didn’t really care about. But most IMPORTANTLY the black pillows we noticed some disgusting kinda white like stains. (Don’t wanna know WHAT kinda stains those were) Which made us think ok maybe this place really isn’t THAT clean. You also can NOT change the temperature in there. I think it stays on 74 or 75 if I’m not mistaken. But one of the nights having a girls night in we were SWEATING!! We wished it could’ve been maybe just a few temperatures down. OH there was a baby sock, crumbs and crayons in between the couches! I’m not sure they clean and i questioned big time if the they even wash there bedding along with the PILLOWS.

Very cosy and spacious!

There was no toilet paper and no paper towels. I had to ask Uber to call to retrieve my keys because my SIM card doesn’t allow calling outside of my country due to extra fees. That was annoying as I arrived at 11pm and had to wait like 15-20 min until someone could pick up. Poor Uber driver.

It was clean and pretty comfortable

The key fob didn’t always work on the doors I was a pain . Also the silk sheets were hot .

Nothing

They charged my card. Then said it was booked and I would get a refund. Well that was on June 20th over a week ago. Now no one will respond.
