"Beautiful complex, clean condo. Host was very helpful."

Great location, safe. Clean ideal for a family.

Elevators did not work on our last day of the stay. Visitors have to park on the 6’th floor. It was a bit of an inconvenience not having an elevator with having to park on the 6’th level. Things happen I would definitely stay again.

"Great apartment"

The location was great since we were attending a concert at NRG Stadium. The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable.

Directions on getting into the apartment were not good. I had to wait over 45 to get help from host. Booking.com was very helpful though. Parking was not ideal or easily accessible.

"Clean and comfortable environment."

The property was in a convenient location. The staff was polite and quick to respond.

The buildings fire alarm went off while we were there. It gave my family and I a good scare but we understood that occurrence was totally out of our host control.

Great location to NRG and value, host was helpful with check in, plenty of space and everything we needed for our stay.

Property is in a primarily Airbnb rental building which was a bit loud.

"I had a wonderful peaceful stay and the apartment was very clean and when calling for help the owner was very helpful"

The neighborhood was leaving trash outside in the hallway and the people over our head was very loud and noise
