This place was beautiful inside and had more than I expected I only wish I had found this hotel before booking the one I originally booked this hotel saved me and my family

Nothing everything was great

Perfect amount off stay nice and tidy comfortable plenty off room for all the kids and adults good having a sink microwave and a kettle to able to warm and cook up some easy food very close to the beach and perfect spots would definitely recommend

The property’s shower room was nice however there was another guest underwear behind the Bathroom door, also a dirty butter knife on the bathroom shelf which made us question if the room had been cleaned (the owner did come straight away and pick up the underwear)

The floor was dirty and the beds didn’t feel clean either, my husband got bitten twice which we were afraid could’ve been from the bed. The location was dirty, there were drunks and drug users around the streets which of course we appreciate isn’t the properties fault but as a family hotel and having three children with us, we were apprehensive when venturing out

How clean, easy it was to locate. All staff we spoke to were incredibly friendly

Only good thing was location

Room not clean at all bedding full of pubes mouldy in bathroom can hear everything in the rooms people slamming doors all night long till 20 to 4 in the morning shower was scalding hot and couldn't change the setting radiator in room wouldn't work overall wouldn't stay here again if they paid me

When it was situated, was just nice.

Climbing free lots of stairs when I have got bad 🦵 legs

The location was very good and close to the promenade, within walking distance to everything. Room had 3 double beds and a table and chairs along with a kettle and microwave. I thought the size of room was good due to the fact it had 3 double beds in it.

The place could do with some TLC. A fresh coat of paint would go a long way to cover up the marks and stains on the wall. Our room was on the top floor, had 30 steps to climb and the staircase was quite narrow, might not be good for people with mobility issues. The towel rail in the bathroom was very rusty, could do with getting replaced and there was a bottle of milkshake left in the room on the windowsill from the previous people. Things weren't bad enough for me not to stay again. One issue I had was that I couldn't sleep with the sound of the seagulls all night and the window wouldn't close properly. Not really the proprietor's fault, I didn't think seagulls were nocturnal 🫣😆
