Araan House Hotel -Families and Couples Only

So close to central pier but far enough down the side road so it was quiet for a good nights sleep. Parking right outside the hotel. Clean, tidy and smelt nice. Towels and linen, clean, soft and smelt fresh. Staff (Ari) was helpful and pleasant. Very good price for a short stay for a family of 3 - I do not expect the Ritz as we spend most of our time out, but I expect clean and tidy and this is what we received! Will definitely be using again, and would recommend Araan hotel to those wanting to visit.

The hotel looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. We arrived and left after 5 minutes. It was dirty and unkempt. There were people arguing and shouting in the rooms on arrival, absolutely awful! Would not recommend.

Location was perfect for our stay, was mostly clean enough bed was fine.

Not good stairways, very steep, main entrance door was not always locked, rooms could be doing with a spruce up (blind was broken, kept falling off window, edging on sink unit wasnt great got caught on it couple times, my main grumble was the foor wasnt very clean.

Lovely big room. Well equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle, hairdryer etc. Very close to central pier Great weekend thank you!

Nothing to dislike!

Nothing at all it was disgusting

It was very unsafe as there was bed bug in the beds and the mirror was all smashed with glass hanging of and the bathroom was all mouldy and really dairy did not smell very nice it was not safe for kids at all so had to go and find somewhere else and had to spend another £400 in a nother hotel I am not very happy about this and will be taking it to the papers as we walked in and walked back out and had to walk the streets till 9pm to find another hotel

Although not the owners fault the people who was staying in there I'm guessing had booked out more than one room they all seemed to be in the room above banging screaming shouting all night was awful after messaging the owner a few times it finally claimed down kids finally stopped running around hall ways and jumping on off bed by sounds of it at around 3am in morning.. well come 7am in morning it all started again me my partner went out soon as we could we even thought about just booking else where. With it being couples and family only place we thought it be relaxed but by far one if not the worse nights stay ever had in blackpool even worse than places with bars in them
