Bed very hard and uncomfortable. Very noisy. Walls are thin. Doors being slammed shut.

The facilities in the room was good kettle microwave tea coffee sugar nice little touch also a fridge

Firstly the window was broken and wouldn’t shut there was no string on the blind so you couldn’t wind it up also the cleanliness really let this hotel down it was very dirty

Location

The room wasn’t as advertised, tired looking and the floors were so dirty that we couldn’t let our son walk on them without socks or shoes. To advertise for families and have it like that is disgraceful. The shower I cleaned as there was sealant and grout all over it. The single bed mattress was terrible and the dirt on both the bed bases was off putting. The stairs are very steep and narrow. The door are heavy and bang and you can hear everything from above you. I cannot tell you how disappointed I was in this place and is definitely up there with the worst places I’ve ever stayed.

Location was great & we managed to find parking.

A deep clean is needed. There no window in the shower/ toilet room so it should have a working extractor fan. The blinds need replacing they have had it as there no privacy people can look in as there other hotel guesthouses opposite the building. It’s advertised as a separate bedroom but it is actually within the living area there no actual door to class it as separate bedroom. The floor needs a good hoover & mop. The sofa beds need a good clean. A bit more love /care for your property. The owner who met us was polite & helpful as the shower was so hot as there was an issue with the temperature.

Modern

There is a breakfast bar and the corner of the unit poses a possible health and safety risk

Room lay out was perfect for are family the add kitchen bits helped being in the room early with small kids

Great central location, 5mins walk from Coral Island. Free on-street parking available. Room clean and tidy. Bed’s comfortable.

No issues at all.
