This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. There are youth rooms which are in better condition.

Never again would I stay here!! I wish I read the review before I stayed. As someone has said it's not clean, it's not safe and more than disappointing. After a 8 hour drive arrived at 8.30pm, we were greeted by a dirty stair case and the smallest room on earth, that looks nothing like the pictures. The floor damaged and hurt my foot on, hair found in the beds, the shower was so dirty I refused to use, the light sensor going off ever two seconds outside the room, floods the room with light. You hear everything in these rooms, the mother shouting and swearing at her kids next door, the kids screaming until 1am downstairs. The drunk lady sitting outside our door at 2.30am on the phone to her friend saying she had just witnessed an attempted murder outside. This was just the first night! Trying to convince myself if would be better and we were only there for two night, we returned back at 8.30pm to find an alarm going off, electrician turns up at 10pm and finally stops the alarm at 10.30pm, then the woman next door again until midnight, dripping noise hitting something by the bed all night long. The smell of cannabis and smoke throughout the building. Literally wouldn't stay here again if you paid me. The owner just sends Chat GBT as a response. Then tried to bribe me £20.00 not to write this review. He then removed my reservation and cancelled the room, stating I didn't turn up, so I couldn't write this review, I had to phone booking.com to get them to reinstate the review. You have been warned people, this place is not clean or safe for families. Rooms: Small, dirty and in need of a total refurb Nearby activities: Close to sea front, you just need to dodge the dogs poo and bags of rubbish to get to it. Safety: Woman reported an attempted murder on the first night, kinda tells you about the area. Watching people fall flat on their face in the middle of the road as they are too drunk/drugs to stand up.

Great family room spacious, warm and very comfortable added bonus of a large kitchen so have the option to self cater

Was just a bit cold in kitchen area could do with a little plug in heater also wasn’t an oven but was a big gas hob and microwave so we managed well enough. An air fryer and or mini oven would help improve the self catering aspect of the holiday. But overall was a nice comfortable apartment with good facilities based on what we paid

Great location. Beds were comfortable. Host was attentive.

It wasn't clean. The floor clearly hadnt been swept, there was sand and crumbs of food and hair all over it. We ended up putting towels down so we could walk around without shoes on. The bathroom was pretty gross. The bedding was clean at least. It was loud. You could hear everything going on in every other room. No soundproofing at all. And the electric box downstairs was beeping constantly. When I messaged the host about it he was dismissive of how disturbing it was. We all struggled to fall asleep. The sink in our room was blocked and smelly. Mirror was cracked. No wardrobe to hang our clothes. And the shelf in the corner was bolted over the outlet so we couldn't even plug our phones in beside the bed.

Room wasn’t clean bathroom stunk was noisy guests so son was up all night. Got bitten by bed bugs couldn’t stop there

Can hear other people. Very loud at times. Damage to property such as linens and a window that didn't close and table was unsafe
