Location was really good, close to everyone. Owner was lovely, very accommodating. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Arrived early and asked if we could book in if room was ready and owner let us no problem which was very nice and appreciated.

Doors banging most of the night from other people staying, disturbed sleep due to this, building isn't very sound proof. Could be doing with a freshen up.

Good location, good facilities with the fridge and microwave for sorting the little one. Very reasonably priced and the chap who let us in was very friendly and accommodating. Main bed was comfy too.

Room was a little small and on the top floor up 3 flights of stairs. Not ideal with a little one/pram but we managed by doing a couple trips up! The room wasn’t my standard of clean, but it wasn’t filthy either. I just had a wipe round with some disinfectant wipes due to having a little one, and kept shoes/crocs on the floor! The bunk bed was a little creaky but we did have an adult on the bottom bunk! For the price, we couldn’t complain really. I would rebook, so didn’t put me off too much!

Great location and decent sized room compared to some b&b. And it came with a fridge and microwave which helped. Clean and did the job needed for a weekend stay. The owner is very lovely and helpful

You can hear people a little, but not an issue once sleeping. Wouldn’t put me off staying again.

There was sand in the bed and there was no staff around at all.

Disgusting treatment by owner refusing to help when roof in kitchen leaked causing floor to flood. My daughter slipped hurting her back my sons game console along with food got ruined and the owner promised to come out in the morning as it was to late . He never showed and ignored my calls. It obviously an ongoing issue due to floors sunk and tiles lifted. Disgusting treatment all round. Stay well away

Smell of damp on entering the premises. Room too small. Overall cleanliness very poor. Sat on the bed on arrival, springs sticking out. Booked for 2 nights. We left after 1 hour.
