GBWe loved the key box so you are not waiting around for ages for someone to let you in, the apartment was very clean and comfortable and in an excellent location for the beach and town. There was parking outside and a great view from the roof terrace. We would book again. Aircon in all rooms was perfect. The code to the keybox was messaged via Whats app and the host was very helpful with enquiries.
The roof leaked a bit during the rain.

BELe logement est spacieux en étant réparti sur trois étages avec deux salles de bain.
Le frigo n'est pas adapté à son emplacement dès lors si on ne fait pas attention, il ne se ferme pas bien. L'emplacement souffre malheureusement d'un restaurant à proximité dont la ventilation est défectueuse et fait énormément de bruit. De plus, une salle de sport se trouve en face de l'établissement et leur éclairage digne d'un stade de foot, illume l'intérieur de la chambre toute la nuit comme si on était en plein jour. Les voisins sont excessivement bruyants et manquent de respect. Pratiquement tous les jours, à 08hr le voisin commençait à taper au burin sur son mur. Les murs étant très fin, on entendait tout.
ESEl apartamento está situado en una zona tranquila y familiar, a escasos minutos andando tanto de la zona de restaurantes como de las playas. Es cómodo y bonito, y tiene todo lo necesario (utensilios de cocina, etc.). Es un buen detalle que los champús y jabones sean de fabricación local. Noelia fue muy amable desde el primer contacto y nos facilitó la llegada y nuestra estancia.

Some outside noise late at night, not the fault of the place we stayed
IEAmazing location - only 5 minutes walk to Playa Dorada beach and the main strip/shopping street with Marina Rubicon being a 15-20 minute walk. We had a rental car and always got parking right outside the door which was great. The area itself is a quiet residential area and felt very safe. The keys were left for us in a lockbox at the front door which you can also use if you are heading out. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything we needed - washing machine, ironing facilities, air con and plenty of hanging space for clothes between the two bedrooms. I note there have been a few negative reviews about the beds, pillows etc but we actually found the bed comfortable. The terrace (on the third floor) is an amazing little suntrap and offers unbelievable sea views over Playa Blanca and across to Fuerteventura. It's a fully self service apartment so you will need to buy extra toilet paper, kitchen paper, beach towels, showering gels, shampoo, washing machine detergent etc (if not leftover from previous occupants). Lidl and Aldi are only a short drive away or there is a handy supermarket only two minutes walk away at the Papagayo centre. The lady who manages it (Noelia) was very helpful any time we had a question and responded to our messages straight away. For example we had a bit of rubbish we needed to get rid of and she sent us a map to public rubbish deposal area only up the road on a street called Calle en Puestito. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here and we will (hopefully) return in the future.
Some negative feedback in relation to the showers, particularly the downstairs one which was very slow to drain and floods quite quickly. The upstairs shower is very small and the waterfall function is pretty redundant because there isn't enough room in the shower to step completely out from under it. There was also a bad smell of sewage at times coming from the drain on the terrace - in fairness this seems to be an issue in certain parts of Playa Blanca so may be something to do with the common drains in the area.
