GBThis apartment is exceptional. From how it is decorated, to the facilities offered we could not rate highly enough. We stayed in a few nights and cooked, as well as for a few breakfasts and found it easy to do so in the kitchen. There is plenty of space in all the rooms, and the roof terrace was also great for catching the sun. The location of the apartment is also perfect, located in a quiet residential area, but right next door to a park, ideal if you have children. It is also just a two minute walk to the nearest bars, restaurants and shops, five minutes to the beach and promenade, and around a fifteen minute walk to the marina. We hired a car, and never had an issue with being able to park on the streets near to the apartment. My partner and I really enjoyed our stay, so much so that we are looking to return in November if it is available.
There was nothing we did not like or would want to change about this apartment, everything was perfect.

GBJust a couple of minutes walk to lively Playa Blanca beaches and centre and all the restaurants, bars and shops. We were the first guests at this new light and airy air-conditioned apartment and everything is brand new. Comfy settee, large TV, well equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms one with a good sized TV, a toilet and shower room on both ground and first floors. Third floor (rooftop) balcony with 4 decent chairs, and a sea view to the sides. The lady (Noelia) looking after the property is very helpful and quick to respond should you have a query or problem.
The mattresses were harder than I find comfortable. Due to the number of stairs the property is probably less suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
