Bedrooms comfortable

Very messy outside on the terrace. Table a chairs very dirty and not been wiped down in ages.. cobwebs etc. Very tatty on terrace .. dead flowers in pots and bags and hadn't been swept in months. Sofa had springs you could feel through padding in two places.

We enjoyed the location as we were in the area to walk. There were plenty of footpaths in the area. We were able yo use the local bus to get into Bath.

The roads nearby were busy and a bit tricky to cross. There were no written instructions within the property for things such as recycling or that there was a local shop nearby. We did receive a lot of emails which were very repetitive.

It was spacious. The beds were comfortable. Located outside of Bath in a convenient area. Great pub just up the street in Monkton, by the school. Great vibe. Timely response to inquires and requests.

What the photos don't show is that the property is on a busy corner of 2 streets, which can be loud if any window is even partially open. You have to cross a busy street with no crosswalk to get to the car parking area. There are 8-12 steps up to the building, a few steps to the door, and a steep staircase to the upstairs bedroom. Not enough towels, very limited amenities, no AC, and only 1 fan.... it was really hot upstairs with no fan because we were using it downstairs. The only garbage can is in the kitchen, which is a pain. There should be a small garbage can in each bathroom. The carpet looked dirty like the vacuum didn't work well enough to pick up lint, and there were numerous spots. The main couch is horrible with springs you could feel and see, very uncomfortable to sit on, but we didn't have a choice but to use it. More attention to detail cleaning would have been good. Parking is across a busy street. The outside patio was dirty.

Not very clean. Downstairs beds not comfortable. Noisy upstairs due to busy roads and windows not double glazed like downstairs were.

Very nice apartment with all the necessary amenities to be a home away from home. Nice quiet location a bit out of town that you will need a car to be comfortable - love the free parking.

Having to cross the busy street to the parking lot. Upstairs bathtub drain is not draining well.

It really is very spacious and airy for a two bedroom property and and we were very comfortable.

Description of property needs to include referencing the steps to get to the property. Stunning view is blocked by trees. The courtyard needs to be made more inviting, so you want to sit out there. Lounge seating, i.e., sofa bed and armchair, is very uncomfortable and needs updating Heated towel rail in upstairs ensuite extremely hot and is on constantly Black out curtains would be a very useful addition to the blind
