DaLei 1-319 Sleeps 8pax at Marina Spatial Condominium in Dumaguete City

Clothes washing machine was awesome. Layout of apartment was good

Air conditioner caused us to get throat colds which worsened every day. Before &after our stay there, we stayed in another suite in same complex, and it's inverter style air conditioner did not cause this issue. I believe this issue is because the air conditioner goes long periods of really cold air, followed by just fan, whereas other AC units deliver a more uniform temperature over time Music from band at nearby Hayahey bar made it essential to have ear plugs in order to sleep on 1 evening out of 5 that we stayed there. There are lockable cages on roof to dry clothes, but the gate on the one assigned to our suite was broken and would not close. It did have a nice rack inside to hang clothes on though. I used wooden coat hangers from bedroom to hang clothes there, and those stained my light colored clothes,

Property is located in the city and near the restaurants.

The beddings and pillows smell bad, even if we tried putting some clothes on top of the pillows we could still smell the bad odor.

Bathroom very crampt

The property (common areas )was clean and secure. The units were comfortable and clean. Good facilities. The location was great. Close to restaurants and bars. Not too far from downtown Dumagute. The staff were efficient.

Nothing . All good.

Convenient

No place to park on site. For a two bedroom condo it is a big problem not to have at least one parking space allowed.
