AEWe loved the room! it is clean, comfy, cozy and it has everything we need. Location is a plus too, not too near the boulevard but there are restaurants nearby. We would like to stay again when we visit Dumaguete in the future.
Honestly, it would have been better if there is parking. We had a hard time finding a spot to park our car. Also, too much unnecessary building security protocols, first guard will get your names and details then radio them to the guard inside. Second guard will come and again ask the same, finally guard in the building entrance will again get your names and ask you to write them down. When you go out you will write your names again.
