Poor service and maintenance. Huge power issues and no water pressure in shower. They are running this as a budget hostel and not a resort. Lot of improvement is required in overall business administration and planning. Overall no heart in guest servicing, very unprofessional. Even the furniture, towels, cups, bathroom cleaning is so poor with visible stains. They need to hire and train professionals. Now it's only 'kam chalao' staff with no experience in hotel administration.

INI didn't like anything about the property. Nothing to say a good word about.
This is a scam. They don't even have a good parking space. You must be an expert driver to enter their parking space. You have to take a long walk to get to your room. I had to climb a spiral staircase to get to the allotted room. Room was an ordinary one with a primitive bathroom. Restaurant and menu were also really not up to the mark. And the road leading to the restaurant is really horrible, really hard to reach the designation. I really don't understand how they got this rating, most probably it is paid rating. I had to cancel the booking once I see the property.
