Food menu is limited, no much ambience and area to explore within the resort... Just stay is fine but don't expect that feel good with family. Food is average with less menu. No premium feel. Heater takes time to work so immediate hot water not available in bathroom. You need to wait min 30 mins. No fan no room heater. Bedsheets were not so clean, I got hair inside blanket. Bathroom is clean.

INThe rooms were clean and nice but 2 seperate rooms have a common hall , therefore privacy is an issue Breakfast was good. Staff behaviour was polite.
The dinner buffet had only 1 non Veg dish and that too only chicken on all nights.it was disappointing. Steamed white rice was not boiled properly on both nights. Coffee was not good which was a big downer for me personally. We had to bathe in cold water since heater wasn't working for a day. Even on a Saturday night , we had to literally force the management for a bonfire which was freely available in other resorts we have stayed in. Finally , power went off for 9 hours straight on our 2nd night of stay.

Way to the hotel is hell. Would suggest not to book any hotels on that side. Food menu was so pathetic. Very very very limited u like it or not. For a very minimal number of guests they dont fill the buffet on time and lot of people tired of asking just limit their meal and leave. Not accessible to anything nearby. Way too far from any urgent requirements. Breakfast and dinner end timing is way early to cope up with. The ambience itself is very steep and very dangerous for elders and kids. Kids play area is like hidden inside a bush(no maintenance at all and drainage is just overflowing near the swing area) Gaming zone is very worst with minimal lights and rain water leaking from the roof and drenching the floor. Foe the sake TV is placed no channels will work , even after requesting repeatedly some free channels were only provided. Way more to say but im limiting Wifi dont connect properly More than that booking.com says 9.1 rating for this which is not worth it.
