Great location - within walking distance of shops, restaurants etc. 12 minute walk to train station which was fine for us even with luggage. Apartment was very clean and well appointed. Paolo was good with communication, and was very quick to sort out one problem that we had while we were there. It was good to have the brochure in advance.

There was some noise during the evening (until 1am on a couple of nights) from a bar outside, so take earplugs if you are staying in the summer. A safe for valuables would be good, just for peace of mind.

Location was perfect, nice, spacious, cleam renovated apartment. Host was nice and polite.

The shower was a bit small so may be difficult for a big person. Steep stairs like everywhere in Lucca. Also i would have liked the bedsheet to be ironed.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Good size fridge, oven and stove. Single use olive oil and balsamic vinegar sachets provided saved us having to buy this Good sized bedroom with comfy bed, quiet and airconditioned, and plenty of storage. Great location. We contacted the owner and asked for a frying pan - this was provided within a few hours- thank you. Much appreciated.

The balcony was tiny, had no view and only got a bit of sun mid afternoon. We didnt use it at all. As we were self catering we had chosen places with good kitchens. There was just some small pans in the cupboard, there wasnt a frying pan/ risotto pan at all and there could have been more choice for roasting./cooking in the oven. We very much appreciated the owner providing a suitable pan when we pointed this out.

Lovely clean modern apartment right in the centre ! Host was very attentive ! Nothing not to like about this place , will return here again.

Beautiful contemporary room with essence of heritage building. Great location, near the main shopping street. Beautiful windows, clean bed and specious and blight bathroom. Storage (with charge) at shop next door. Quick reply and great communication through WhatsApp. Very friendly staff ♥️ We loved everything about stay at Lucca!

We didn’t have luggage’s so it was perfectly fine with us, but if anyone traveling with big suitcases would struggle with stairs.
