Excellent location, beautiful accommodation, everything was fabulous!

You can’t really fault this property. It is newly renovated, spacious, well appointed and ideally located to experience the old city of Lucca.

Nothing to fault with this property for us. It is in the old city of Lucca, so there are no lifts in the building but this didn’t concern us or detract from our stay.

Beautifully renovated historic apartment - very attractive, very clean & fresh, full of light, good & appropriate fresh clean furniture, tiny balcony was fantastic - private, sun drenched & comfortable, excellent heating for apartment, good IT with TV & Netflix. Responsive host & thoughtful welcome drink in fridge. Wonderful stay & would like to return.

Restaurant/ bar downstairs was a bit noisy late at night. Used ear plugs & just fine.

Paolo is an exceptional host. New Attic is centrally located and a pristine apartment like no other. We had a spectacular stay in a beautifully presented, clean apartment close to shops and restaurants. Paolo provided us with a guide beforehand so it was lovely to have a feel for the place before we arrived.

The location of the apartment was brilliant. An easy 15 minute walk from the train station and situated just off the main street running through the centre. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in very close proximity. Despite its central location, it was very peaceful with no street noise at night. The apartment is a recently renovated spacious attic. The standard of workmanship and thought that had gone into the design were first class. It is tastefully decorated to a very high standard and is extremely well equipped. I cannot recommend it enough, you will not be disappointed.

There was nothing to dislike about the apartment or the very helpful host. Maybe a safe for valuables would be useful.

superb apartment in the heart of beautiful Lucca. very clean, homey, light and comfortable. all is new and designed with a great taste. the hosts are great communicators and were very helpful. we really enjoyed calmness of location on a tiny street. great experience overall.
